Hi, I’m looking to speak with Cheree to plan a 25th wedding anniversary trip to either Ireland or Italy during the month of November 2024. Thank you, Shannon

CLS: sent estimate on Ireland … and client is asking for estimates on Italy and Canada .. I emailed her over Holidays asking if we can meet to discuss in person on our BR office. Still waiting to hear from her.
CLS: 4/5 Email with Shannon … They decided to wait 2 more years to travel to Europe when her husband retires .. “they talked to other ppl” and want to do 2-3 weeks when they go. They then asked for assistance with Pittsburgh, of which I supplied her with a Viator link but kindly stated that was not our area of expertise. I did look at tours with collette and globus, even cosmo, but nothing for that area. I did suggest if interested, we could look at Canada again to assist with the week long trip they were looking for … so as of now, it’s DID NOT BOOK.
