AL: End of March needs help with Paris Hotels and maybe Amsterdam hotels. You had 2 trips arranged for him pre covid, both trips were cancelled.
Not sure if he would be a loyal client, he said he likes doing his own travel. he was kind of all over the place and has started paying on airfare with United to Amsterdam. He said possibly change that if he would do better bundling air and hotels. Side note – He booked his own trip to Sandals Montego Bay after he cancelled the pre covid arrangements

SL: spoke with Cornell on Monday June 17. He purchased United tickets through a finance company UpLift. Purchased multiple tickets. First ticket from MSY – IAH. Purchase another ticket from IAH – AMS. Only has a 1 hour layover which is not enough time to gather baggage and re-check his bag for the leg from IAH – AMS. I recommended booking one ticket all the way through for a seamless experience. He is going to see about changing his United flights. Currently only has 3 nights in AMS. Not enough time.
